MEET THE FOUNDER

Cherelle Hawkins-Frazier

"A Girl's Girl was founded by Cherelle Hawkins-Frazier after recognizing the growing need for girls to have safe spaces where they could build confidence, develop leadership skills, and prepare for life beyond the classroom."

What began as a vision to encourage girls has evolved into a movement focused on confidence, mentorship, wellness, leadership, and life readiness—especially for girls in underserved communities, foster care, and group homes.

Cherelle believes every girl deserves to know her worth, discover her purpose, and have access to opportunities that help her thrive. Through AGG, she is committed to creating transformational experiences that empower girls to walk confidently into their future.

The Future We're Building

Under Cherelle's leadership, AGG is deepening its partnerships with schools, group homes, foster care organizations, churches, and community programs—creating more spaces where girls can grow into confident, capable young women.
